Back again with another super quick recipe!! This time we have “healthy” tortilla pizzas, quotations on the healthy because we still bring in the ingredients of normal pizza, but this time we change out the base to be a bit more carb friendly, and we incorporate a whole bunch of toppings!
This “healthy” tortilla pizza is great for dinners, quick bites for children, or even a movie night snack when you can share a small pizza!
To make this you’re going to need white grain or whole wheat tortillas (the choice is yours!). You will also need a variety of toppings because you can customize this to fit any taste pallet (I personally love green bell peppers, jalapeno, pineapples, purple onions, and green olives)! You’re also going to need a zesty tomato sauce (I love using the garlic and herb tomato sauce by Primo because it carries way more flavour than regular tomato sauce/paste). Believe me, this super quick, extremely simple pizza is so tasty it will have your family blown away (even the diehard pizza lovers)!
